Abstract |
In this study, we developed low-cost and disposable biosensors integrating with impedance system modules to achieve the quantitative detection for immunoreaction with the antibody biological analysis of bladder cancer and chronic kidney disease (CKD) specific proteins by using the lateral-flow immunoassays and microfluidic technology. A novel immunosensors has high sensitivity, low cost, and high integration with the portable impedance change device, and can be applied to achieve the purpose of rapid screening of clinical medicine in point of care. The module is integrated into the MCU, SMD and internal digital synthesis DDS devices to achieve portable impedance measurement module, the LCD screen and USB can provide the user's convenience. That can have enhanced the stability of the signal modules and effectively improve signal interference problems, the error value can be reduced to less than 2 % that to completed the finally portable clinical urine testing system. The program developed the chronic kidney disease paper sensor has been successfully combined with rolling technology, biological materials, circuit integration and other intended targets, and complete the portable impedance monitoring system to detect chronic kidney disease-specific HSA protein only within 0.5~1 hour. Consequently, we believe that could not only make some breakthroughs in the immunoassay chip but also provide significant impact to clinical diagnosis in the early detection. |
