Abstract |
Our focus research are focuses on applying low-dimensional materials, mainly nanoparticles and 2D layered structures, and their composites, to energy generation/storage and photodegradation. As an example are novel PEDOT-based catalysts equivalent to or better than Pt, a vapor grown carbon fiber mat (VGCF mat) owing ultra-high thermal conductivity composites, mass production of VGCNF, novel technique for simultaneous graphene synthesis and doping, facile synthesis of 1T MoS2, and various 2D (mainly MoS2)-based nanocomposites for supercapacitor, novel TiO2-based composite photocatalysts for photodegradation and hydrogen generation. |
